For the purposes of this blog, a Radical Fish is simply someone committed to following Jesus of Nazareth, as revealed in the New Testament – no matter what the cost. We use as our model His first followers, and we recognize in them a pattern of thought and behavior that we don’t often see in the world today. Continue reading
I am still low on the learning curve and as of this writing have not released the Radical Fish blog into the wild. That is why those of you who have been gracious enough to respond to my invitation need to log in; I don’t want search engines revealing the blog until I have a fair amount of content. At this point I am trying to get a simple poll concerning the Radical Fish logo to show up in this post. If you can see it, please give it a try and let me know what you think. Needless to say all your comments are appreciated – so please leave some!
As I acquaint myself with the ins and outs of WordPress I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for stopping by, and ask a favor; two favors actually. First, I would like to know what you think of the logo, our RadicalFish, if you will. I will explain it in due course, but before I do, I would like to know what you think it means. Personally, I think it would look great on a t-shirt and be novel enough to provoke questions but not so oblique as to be incomprehensible without an explanation.
Second, you might notice we could use a little help on the technical side of things. If you happen to be that rare kind of person with both skills and time on your hands, as well as a desire to serve a fledgling ministry that can’t afford to pay you. . . please feel free to introduce yourself.
So there you have it. We are new to this blogging thing and could use some help, but more than that we would like to know whether or not you like the logo, and what you think it means.
